SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker and Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon are making a pledge Monday to spend at least 10 percent of their holiday budgets at local businesses. They are encouraging others to do the same. It's all part of the on-going Buy Local First campaign.
