LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 4 News) – A Kentucky jury says a man that killed a Park City woman in a traffic accident near Lexington, Kentucky is guilty.
Shannon Houser was found guilty of tampering with physical evidence and leaving the scene of an accident after he struck Connie Blount, an 18-year-old college student from Park City last year.
The jury recommended that Houser serve the maximum amount of prison time allowed for each conviction.
Sentencing is scheduled for March 6th and in the meantime, Houser will remain in state custody.
