SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) Hogle Zoo visitors are just finding out about the death of one of the beloved animals at the zoo.
Jocco was a capuchin monkey, and there is now a sign on his enclosure telling people of his passing. He died in his sleep on June 13th, the very day he was diagnosed with cancer in his jaw.
The zoo believes Jocco was 45 years old, which would make him one of the world's oldest capuchins.
The zoo has five other capuchins in the enclosure.
