Head-on collision turns fatal

TOOELE, Utah (ABC 4 News)-- A head-on collision on State Route 112 has killed one person.
The Utah Highway Patrol says the accident happened Thursday about 6pm, on State Route 112 between mile post 1 and 2.
The wreck involved three vehicles. Occupants where taken to a hospital, in unknown conditions.
The identity have not been released.
UHP is still investigating the wreck.
