It’s Free Fridays yet again! We found some great freebies to keep the whole family happy.
Freebie number one: It’s back to school time for the kids. During your back to school shopping, head over to Walmart. They are giving away free Nestle calendars that include coupons, tips, and ideas to help you stay on top of things this school year.
Freebie number 2: On Tuesday August 18th beginning at 8:00 a.m. Jimmy's Flower Shops in Ogden and Layton will give away "absolutely free" 2,500 roses by the dozen, while supplies last, as the 3rd day of their "Rose Stemulous" program. They will be giving away a total of 10,000 free roses this summer. To date, they have already given away over 5000 roses. In these difficult economic times everyone needs something to brighten their day and Jimmy's hopes through the gift of free roses they can give back to the community that has supported them for so many years.
Freebie number three: If you’re in the Salt Lake area during your lunch hour, go enjoy free live music at the newly revamped Pioneer Park. Salt Lake City's Pioneer Park Picnic Series is every Thursday afternoon in August. Local artists perform from 12 to 1. after the performance there is a drawing for free lunch for two at a restaurant near the park.
Freebie number four: Go enjoy Radio Disney Days at the Gallivan Center on Tuesday. It’s free for all and especially fun for the kids. Scales and Tails, A Utah entertainment company, is bringing reptiles of all kinds right to the center stage of the Gallivan Center. Youth City Artways is providing crafts. There will also be a free bounce house and waterslide to keep the kids entertained.
Freebie five: Do you have photos just waiting to be taken off your camera and put into frames? from now till the 24th, Walgreen's is offering 25 free prints to anyone who opens a new W Photo account. you can register on their website to start printing.
