This guy is full of it. This is rampant among among people working here that aren't citizens. They march and say they file taxes but they don't pay taxes. In fact a lot of them work several jobs under different SS numbers so they can get the Earned Tax Income Credit which is about $4000 and they get one for each SS # they file. Also, what difference does it make if a tax preparer is certified. What does that have to do with having a client that lies to you. If someone comes in and tells you he has TEN kids, are you going to ask for a dna test on each kid? I hope this guy gets deported. If he's in trouble with the law, he's probably a liar on top of it.
