Accident with injuries in Spanish Fork

SPANISH FORK, Utah (ABC 4 News) - According to DPS, a traffic accident on I-15 southbound near milepost 257 has resulted in several injuries.
Officials are reporting the accident occurred around 6:52 p.m. Monday evening.
One person was transported by medical helicopter, and three others were transported by ground.
