In my opinion all law enforcement needs to be trained and educated on mental health and illness. It would solve many problems that we have. It might also help in getting people the proper care, rather than jail maybe a hospital or treatment center. Who knows

Thanks for airing the story Brian! I talked to Michael last night and he's really paranoid about it right now. He thought the police were going to try and find him and treat him worse for going to the news about it. I had to talk to him for about 30 minutes just to calm him down enough so he could go to sleep. I feel really bad for him for what he went through. We took him out the next day because he didn't feel comfortable staying home and it got his mind off of it for a while at least. I think it has done irreparable damage to his emotional well being. I know that we all do not look at the police the same way now.

Just another incident of the police abusing their powers. I guarantee that nothing will happen to these officers. The findings of Internal Affairs will be that the officers were justified. That's what happens when the badge goes to their heads.
