Marijuana remains widely available....price unchanged. Al Capone was created by, and loved, prohibition. Our Mexican friends et. al. have been created by, and LOVE, prohibition....without it their obscene, blood-soaked profits evaporate. Unless U.S. drug policy changes you can expect this problem to increase by leaps and bounds...the Mexican cartels will eventually *own* the United States. The War on Drugs was lost the instant it was declared.
