Website could reveal your location to the online world

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A new website launched this week could put you in danger. It's designed to automatically trace and broadcast your location for the entire online world to see.
It works by tracking twitter and foursquare users. Anytime they type "home" into their account the website can post a partial home address and picture of the home in the users location. A series of technologies including the geo tracker and google maps are used to make the information available online.
Website creators made the site to remind social media users about the dangers of sharing too much personal information.
ABC 4 tried to test the website out by typing home in a tweet, but the website failed to trace our location.
