SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - The son of Utah Gov. Gary Herbert is challenging a stalking injunction an Orem woman obtained against him in 2010.

Aiona Butters sought the civil injunction against 41-year-old Nathan Herbert, claiming he stalked her at the library and gym and inappropriately touched himself while watching her.

An attorney for Butters' says her older sister also obtained a similar injunction against Herbert several years ago.

Herbert's attorney, Michael Petro, argued in the Utah Court of Appeals last week that there was insufficient cause for the injunction.

He says Butters only indicated in their last encounter that Herbert was bothering her.
