UPDATE: WVC man dies after shooting suspect arrested

WEST VALLEY-(ABC 4 News) West Valley police say that 30-year-old Paul Ross Butterfield was shot and killed on Wednesday.
Police say Butterfield met with 24-year old Joshua Fithian who presented a handgun which discharged.
According to police reports Butterfield was inside suffering from a possible gunshot wound. He was taken to a local hospital and later was confirmed dead.
Fithian was found hiding behind a fire station a short distance away and arrested without incident.
Fithian was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on suspicion of Murder, Aggravated Robbery, Possession of a Firearm by a Restricted Person and Obstruction of Justice.
