OREM, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Orem Police announced Tuesday that Sarah Jensen was located alive and well in New Mexico.
Police say Sarah Jensen was last seen on May 25, 2009 when she left the Utah County area in her vehicle.
Investigators say Sarah made a purchase in Beaver, Utah and stayed at the Best Western – Zion on the Monday May 25, and also purchased a Zion’s National Park pass on Tuesday May 26.
Police say Jensen also bought camping equipment and withdrew cash from an ATM.
Police say officers in New Mexico made a traffic stop on Tuesday and identified Jensen and her vehicle, then contacted Orem Police and confirmed that Jensen was traveling through New Mexico of her own accord.
Police say Jensen appeared to be in good spirits and good physical condition. Jensen was reported missing by her family more than three weeks ago.
