GRANITE RIDGE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Officials say two people were found dead inside a Granite house fire Friday morning. Police are investigating their deaths as a homicide.
The Sandy Fire Department and Unified Police Department responded to the fire at 2811 East Ksel Drive (9460 South) at 8:30 a.m.
The bodies of a male and a female were located inside the home's master bedroom. The cause of their death wasn't immediately known. Their bodies were taken for autopsy.
Police are calling this suspicious because the burn pattern in the home isn't consitant with an accidental fire.
