Tutor arrested over sexual affair with 13-year-old boy

Draggo73 The teacher is guilty, she has admitted to what she did. In fact the police are looking for other students with learning problems that she tutored to find out if she raped any of them. I know the entire family, they are not lying and she needs to be punished for what she did.

Innocent until proven guilty..... That is what the constitution and the law states it should be. But I am seeing more and more that it's GUILTY till proven innocent, at least that's what the media, D.A's, and court's are telling the general public. From what I gather it seems to be that, this young man had fallen in love(some would say teen crush or infatuation)with this woman, and when his advances were denied, he compilied a huge web of lies, that he in turn expressed to his mother. If the allegations were correct, why did it take so long to come out with this story. It seems they had plenty of time to compile a story, get there story straight, and then head to police to file or should I say "alledge" that these accusations occured. The stories don't seem to match up. If all these allegations are true, why did it take so long to come out, and why would the mother have let the two of them still have contact, or let her child be any where near her, over the last couple of months. Let her be INNOCENT until proven guilty! Then let the family feel what defimation of character is all about. That is what the accused is experiencing before she has even a chance to tell or plead her side of any of this story.
