SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Police say a suspect in the shooting death of a 16-year-old boy has been arrested following a high-speed chase in Salt Lake City.

According to a probable cause statement, Frank P. Reyos was taken into custody for parole violations. The same document alleges that Reyos told a witness that he admitted to killing Kenyatta Winston and dumping his body in a Sugarhouse field sometime before August 29, when Winston's body was discovered.

He was last seen alive on August 26, getting into a silver 2010 Dodge Nitro.

The statement said that police had probable cause to arrest Reyos for questioning in the murder of Winston, and that investigators were led to the owner of a silver 2010 Dodge Nitro named Jessica Reyos.

During questioning, Jessica Reyos admitted to loaning the Dodge to a man named "D" but refused to identify or lead investigators to him for fear of retaliation.

Jessica Reyos was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of Obstruction of Justice.

The PC statement also said that blood evidence connected to the death of Winston was also found inside the Dodge.

On Tuesday, police spotted a green Honda belonging to Reyos' girlfriend Brittney Montano at the American Best Inn and Suites on 1009 South Main Street in Salt Lake City. The PC statement said that officers saw Brittney Montano approach the car and then returned to a hotel room, where she alerted Reyos that police were observing them.

The document said that Reyos and Montano then got into the Honda and sped away, at one time ramming a police vehicle during their escape.

During the chase, the Honda crashed and both suspects were arrested.

On Wednesday, police asked for assistance from the public in locating three other individuals for questioning in connection with the death of Winston.

Those individuals include 19-year-old Shelby Reed, wanted in connection with the homicide, 20-year-old Camille Lopez, wanted for questioning and 21-year-old Stephon Evans, wanted for questioning.

The Police Department asked anyone with information about these individuals or this case to come forward.

UPDATE: Later on Wednesday, Camille Lopez turned herself in to authorities for questioning. Police said they were still trying to locate Reed and Evans.

Look how young some of these dirtballs are. What a waste of skin. One person gets pi**ed off and they get a gang together to slaughter you. Hope they all rot in jail. Otherwise, they'll just do it again.
