SANDY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A 19-year-old substitute teacher is in jail, charged with sexually abusing a child.
Sandy police say they arrested Christopher Page at around 11:00 p.m. Monday after they found him in a car with a 13-year-old girl, and both had their shirts off.
Page told police he was a substitute teacher at the girl's Granite School District school, and that they had started text messaging and agreed to meet.
Police say Page also admitted kissing the girl and claims she offered to perform oral sex.
