WASHINGTON, DC (ABC 4 News) - The new congress is now in session and the new representatives and senators have been sworn in.

This morning Utah’s freshman Senator Mike Lee took the oath of office. Vice President Joe Biden swore in Lee and other freshman and re-elected senators.

Lee is just one of several new tea party members on Capitol Hill. All say they want to see change.
Senator Mike Lee, Utah’s freshman senator said, “The federal government is too big and it's too expensive because it's trying to do too many things. It’s trying to tell us where to go to the doctor and how to pay for it. It's not supposed to do that.”
