PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The trial for a Provo woman accused of setting a fatal apartment fire has been continued.

Yvette Kimber's trial was scheduled to begin this week with the jury selection process and continue through December 14th. On Tuesday, a judge ruled against Kimber's defense team on several motions, including a motion to suppress evidence and a motion to change the trial venue.

Kimber is charged with two counts of murder, and one count of aggravated arson for allegedly setting the Boulders Apartments on fire in March.

Legal proceedings in Kimber's case have already delayed her trial. A reported plea deal fell apart in August.
