frit comment on timothy not right sorry ok i new timothy most of his life and so for one he never came from fla with his wife he met her here in utah 6years ago and never lived any were else. but he is agreat father and a kind person who married the worng person. it happens but when he had to work 12 to 13 hours aday how did he have time to baby sit.it is bad enogh to work like he did just to have time with his own child so people don't know all the facts.so how can any body judge him.

I new Timothy most of his life an I will tell you all that all this he never came from FIA with his wife. He met her 6 years ago here in UTah an has never lived any where else with her. He is a good person he worked from 12 to 13 hours a ya for his family and go them what they neede. He loves his daughter when i looked him in the eyese when he said that i know its true. We all do.

We all live in this small town and my brother Tyler and my family grew up with these people that know us. If Tyler had done these sick things then these people would not say what they have. It is wrong that the news gets a story and puts up what they feel sounds good but not the real story. We come from a family of seven brothers and sisters. We are all grown with family and children of our own and Tyler has and never ever done anything to any child. You do not wake up at 25 years old and decide to do something that sick.. Tyler lived with them for a month but the news made it sound like he was involved the whole time . It is her accusations against him and this is whathe has to live with. This is to the reporters you gave the people in Utah a false story because you thought it was a good story so now he is being judged well the judgement against him is a far worse sin than anything he has done so I hope all you judgment all people get what's coming to you. I hope you feel good about ruining his life after he proves his innocence

I have known Tyler my whole life. I have been there for him the past few years and I know that he did not do this. I talked to him just a little bit ago and he said that he wanted out of his place because he didn't like it there. He was at the wrong place wrong time.. I send my thoughts and prayers to him and his family. I love you guys and I am here if there is anything I can do.

I have known Tyler Barney and the rest of his family for most of my life, and they are good people. I used to spend a lot of time at his house because I was really good friends with his sister. Tyler may not be a perfect person but I cannot believe for even 2 seconds that he would do something as disgusting as this. He was living with the other 2 and obviously living with the wrong kind of people.

Tyler Barney is my cousin and I know he is guilty. This has happened to others that I know and its bull crap they need proof other then some girls say. Do the cops just not understand girls lie all the time just to get what they want. I know rape or child abuse is a very seriuos thing but it's also serious to put someone innocent in jail for it when they did not do it!! We deffently need a better court system because people are wrongly accused everyday and thrown in jail for no reason. Tyler is a great person and I would never no matter what believe he did this!!! Please get the facts straight before you throw people in jail

Tyler Barney would not hurt a flie I am 29 and have known him almost my whole life. I know his entire family. He was just living with the wrong people. look at the couples past and lookat tylers past. I know Tyler and he is innocent. Ihope someone (like an attorney) would stand up and help him.
