SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - The Salt Lake City Police Department sought the public’s help to identify and locate a suspect in an aggravated assault that occurred at a downtown bar in July.
At approximately 12 a.m. July 7, 2012, police say a male white adult in his mid-20s confronted another man at Maxwell’s on 357 S. Main Street.
Police say the suspect smashed a cocktail glass into the head of the victim, then he left the scene.
Police say a composite sketch was based on a description provided by the victim in the case, and that a reward was being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
The suspect was described as:
•male,
•white ,
•adult, approximately 25,
•5 feet 11 inches,
•muscular build,
•blond close-cropped, balding hair,
•and wearing a light blue or gray shirt.
