Peterson's attorney threatens lawsuit

It isn't defamation if its true. Apparently that's what Peterson believed as well, if his suicide is any indicator, knowing he would have an opportunity to tell his side of the story at his upcoming trial, but chose to opt out, instead. Who puts those types of statements in their will, anyway? It would be interesting to know who actually drafted Peterson's will and when he executed it. This story smells more like Norris' attempt to gain unjust enrichment, since he would collect his attorney's fees from Peterson's estate regardless of the outcome of any lawsuit he might file. And thus he paints himself among the 99% of lawyers who give all the rest a bad name; i.e., those who would argue any side of any issue for money. But perhaps the embattled John Swallow could utilize Norris' services since birds of a feather flock together (pun intended) and isn't it always about the money? It certainly seems so from my perspective.
