Sorry Rosie Sorry. Sorry that my words are inadequate to express both the love and pain felt by so many over your disappearnce and the many unanswered questions still haunting so many. This is my 2nd attempt to offer my sympathies to you and your family. Not sure what happened to my earlier message. Just know that you are not forgotten. Though I never knew you, I feel a small part of the community's loss of yet another dear child. You are in God's loving arms now. We know that you are most precious in His sight, and that anyone that would hurt The Greatest in God's sight, which are children such as you, will have to answer to God. This is the way that I read Matthew 18:1-8. I pray for your family and friends and that we might learn the truth one day. Meanwhile, I have faith that you are happy and safe now. we know rosie's family and i just hope these guys are brought to justice. i used to play with rosie before she was taken and i loved her so, she was a wonderful, beautiful child and her family deserves answers. if anyone knows anything please help... we need to prevent other children from being hurt and help her poor mother move on from this tragedy that not only took rosie's life but her mother's life as well. we love u rosie and we will never rest until we know who did this to you. we will always have you in our thoughts and prayers.

Here my name is Louise Delgado ,Im Rosie Tapia`s Aunt,and Im so upset with what is going on with is case .It`s like the police don`t care about this case .To many things are being said to my sister ,and yet we don`t know nothing .Why is it that honestly they don`t care to solve this case .Here we deserve the truth and we was promised that any leads came in they would be one it .Now it`s being said they was to busy ,what ever ,tell me ,now why isn`t anyone finding out what is going on and tell the truth .My sister has suffer to many years believe me I see it everyday in her .Here I think we have a right to know who wrote that letter and who did this as soon as possible .My family now is not going to rest till questions are answered and why they police didn`t do their jobs .I ask myself each time why this case isn`t important to the police to solve .Is it becasue they screwed up from the beganing of it all .Alot of stuff wasn`t even important to them when Rosie got taken .Here we know what they did and didnt do thats why they get upset with us when we mention it on the news .Thats why we was told not to say what got said in the mayors office when we all met .Here I give many thanks to your station and Marco Ortiz for always caring for my sister and for Rosie .I pray that this isn`t some joke and we finally get this case closed and my sister can rest and move on with her life.And the lady who has this letter tells us what we need to know who wrote this Letter and who killed Rosie .Thank you very much for all your help on this Louise Delgado
