PROVO, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Colton Louder, the Lehi man who pleaded guilty in the February 2009 shooting death of his uncle was sentenced to five years in prison on Tuesday.
Louder was pleaded guilty to 1st degree manslaughter on October 6, 2009. He was given credit for time served since his arrest for 262 days.
Louder admitted to shooting his uncle in an American Fork field as they argued. He says both he and his uncle were high on drugs at the time of the shooting.
