SYRACUSE, Utah (AP) - A Syracuse man who had been missing since Oct. 21 has been found dead.

Syracuse Police Lt. Tracy Jensen says pheasant hunters found the body of 41-year-old Kenneth Wayne Wallace in a field Saturday morning. He was about two or three miles from where he was last seen walking away from an argument with a girlfriend.

Jensen says there aren't any obvious signs of foul play, but it could take weeks before Wallace's actual cause of death is known.

Police had been searching for Wallace by land and by helicopter, but didn't turn up any signs of him.

Jensen says the hunters found him near a fence post in a remote field.

Wallace had left his vehicle and car keys behind when he went missing.
