TOOELE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A 19-year-old man police were looking for in the connection with a Halloween night strangling and stabbing was arrested Friday.

Officials say Gabriel E. Mascarenas was arrested at a relative's home by Tooele City Police.

He was booked into the Tooele County Jail without bail, on suspicion of attempted murder and aggravated assault charges, both second degree felonies, according to court documents.
