WEST JORDAN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The Jordan Valley Medical Center honored four West Jordan Firefighters on Tuesday for saving the life of a 32-year-old man who suffered a heart attack while walking with his wife and young daughter.
The patient's sister, who is a nurse, began CPR before the firefighters arrived, but the four paramedics were on the scene within four minutes of the 911 call.
Their actions all helped to save the man.
It's the first time the hospital has ever given the "Amazing Save" award.
