WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - A field fire burned between three and four acres just south of the Decker Lake Youth Center Saturday afternoon.
The fire, which burned at 2310 West and 2770 South, spread quickly and was contained by crews not long after it started. The cause is under investigation.
Officials from the West Valley City Fire Department are reminding residents to use common sense with fireworks, smoking, and other activities with fire risks during this dangerous fire season.
