Father sentenced for shaken baby death

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A father accused of shaking his baby to death is going to prison.
22-year-old Everado Mendoza is accused of shaking his two-month-old baby girl to death in November 2007.
On Friday Mendoza took a plea deal. He's not admitting guilt, but he admits prosecutors have enough evidence to convict him.
The judge in turn sentenced Mendoza to up to fifteen years in prison.
When he gets out Mendoza will be deported to Mexico.
