Families protest on Capitol Hill for law enforcement reform
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) – Dozens of Utahans stormed the state capitol today asking for change after their loved ones were lost at the hands of police. They say deadly force wasn't justified, especially when their family members were found unarmed.
