One of the biggest problems here is that they are being forced to turn away children. What lessons are they learning about the government? They are at their most vulnerable moments in their young lives and they learn that they can not depend on the government even in desperate times. At www.cdv.org we are advocates for children of domestic violence. It is our mission to stamp out domestic violence through educating the children of DV and breaking the cycle of violence before it begins.
