Vending Machine Thieves (Salt Lake City Police)
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Salt Lake City Police detectives are asking the public to help identify two men involved with vending machine burglaries in Salt Lake City and throughout the valley.

Both suspects are adult males, and police believe the two may be involved in similar cases in Salt Lake County, said police.

Vending machine owners at numerous locations in Salt Lake City say they have suffered occasional losses as far back as March.

Officials say the men appear to know exactly how to access the machines to obtain bills and coins quickly, which indicates experience in the vending business.

If you know the identities or whereabouts of these suspects, please call (801) 799-3000. Anonymous tips may be sent by texting TIPSLCPD plus information to CRIMES (274637). Please reference case #12-189790.
