I think Noah intentionally writes like that just to test AZ Jan's "braking" point. Seems to work pretty well, though, 'cause she locks up all four almost every time she slams them/him on. Betcha she prolly goes through lots of tires, tho, 'cause it's easier than going thru the roof and losing her head. :) :) :) Kinda reminds me of the funny Burma-Shave signs we used to read along the highways when I was a kid: "Don't lose your head to save a minute, you need your head, you're brains are in it." :) :) :) So carry on, Noah. It's a real jungle out there! :) But apparently not so much as the cyberspace jungle kids face today by trying to exist in a world of social-media websites frantically searching for someone to "like" them, or being horrified if they don't and post bad things about them. It was easier growing up in a simpler world of Burma-Shave signs and telling them to our friends face-to-face so we could see and enjoy their body language as we all tried to make each other laugh and enjoy life on a personal level. Perhaps there's something to be said for "the good old days." But I can't imagine what "the good old days" will be like for the generations growing up today who can't seem to make contact with reality unless they are mesmerized in front of a computer screen or endlessly texting each other as if it were their lifeline enabling them to swing through their own cyberspace jungles like a modern-day Tarzan. Interesting article, Noah, in more ways than one. Now back to our concrete jungle like so many avatars in a video game. And if I happen to run into journalist-critic AZ Jan, I'll give her a banana for her monkey just so she knows it's all in good humor (I hope). :)
