There needs to be much stricter laws when it comes to animal cruelty! These poor animals who have to suffer at the hands of bad people, is terrible. If there is not a severe punishment, they will keep doing it and getting away with it. If we are not there voices, who will be?? Someone needs to starve them, Oh but that would be inhumane, right? What comes around goes around people, its called KARMA! and she is not nice! Please if you see it happening, report it, help these poor things that depend on us for everything, and love unconditional. So sad!

West Valley City Animal Control is responsible for the death of this horse! They should have seized the horse immediately, but instead they tried to educate the owners? Seriously?! You can't fix stupid! It doesn't take rocket science to see that the horse was starving and the owner's didn't care. Utah needs to get serious about animal cruelty issues. What a tragedy! Kuddos to the neighbor for trying to help.
