Charges filed in 1994 cold case murder in Utah

SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - Sixteen years after the murder of a Salt Lake Community College student. Prosecutors now say they know who committed the murder.
Jose Leyva-Padilla is now being charged with one count of murder and aggravated robbery.
Salt Lake County District Attorneys say Leyva-Padilla killed Richard Leetham and stole his truck and $700 dollars that were inside.
Prosecutors say Leyva-Padilla then drove to Tijuana, Mexico where the stolen truck was later recovered.
