Cell phone voyeur sentenced to six months in jail

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The man convicted of using a cell phone to take pictures up a young girl's skirt will go to jail.
Richard Tolton was sentenced to six months in the Salt Lake County Jail.
He was seen by store customers touching the arm of the 4-year-old girl in the toy aisle, then surveillance shows him holding a phone under her skirt.
Tolton will serve three years probation after he's released from prison.
