Its obvious the courts are supporting criminal behavior. There is No excuse or justified reason to stop the admission of this evidence. The criminal broke the law and should be punished. It is obvious we need to through the laws out, since the courts refuse to enforce them. Why doesn't this surprise intelligent Americans?
