Autopsy reveals Aaron Collier shot and killed himself

OGDEN (ABC 4 News) - The Medical Examiner's office has released the autopsy report on Aaron Collier.
It shows he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
He was found dead inside his home on Sunday.
Officers went to the house after gettng a call about a domestic situation.
Police say when they went inside, Collier fired at them, and they fired back.
Collier was hit in the leg, but that's not the bullet that killed him.
