AMERICAN FORK, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The owner of an American Fork McDonald's restaurant is has released a statement, after police cited four teens for "rapping" their order at the drive-thru.

The statement from owner Conny Kramer says: "Regarding this matter, the authorities were notified as a result of the alleged actions of these individuals in the drive-thru, not as a result of them rapping their order. We have fully cooperated with the local authorities in their investigation of this matter. As a result of their investigation, the authorities cited these individuals for disorderly conduct. Again, we caution anyone from jumping to conclusions, without having all the facts. For further comment, please contact the American Fork Police Department.”

The teens were cited for disorderly conduct Tuesday. They say they were imitating a popular video on YouTube, but an annoyed store manager called police who later tracked them down at a high school volleyball match.
