SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - ABC 4 took action and now hundreds of West Jordan kids will stay warm this winter.
302 and counting, that's how many coats Oquirrh Elementary has on hand to hand out to students next week.
The principal and staff say they're amazed at the community's response. A local young women's group donated more than 50 coats and a mother-daughter duo brought in 20 more.
ABC 4 will be there when Oquirrh teachers hand out those coats on Monday.
