FRUIT HEIGHTS, Utah (ABC 4 News) - ABC 4 viewers are taking action and getting results.

On Thursday, we showed you about the need for books at Wasatch Elementary School.

Friday, we got an e-mail from Brittney Colesman in Fruit Heights.

She said in her email, “Because of that story, I am organizing a book drive for the school this weekend…just wanted you guys to know that I’m pushing for some results for your story.”

We talked with Brittney on Friday.

“I’ve always been inspired to help people, and when I saw the story, it was familiar, because I had gone there and I have cousins who go there.”

If you’d like to contribute to the book drive, you can drop off new or gently used books at the Circus Skate Shop in Kaysville or at the Three Little Monkeys book store in Fruit Heights on Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
