KAYSVILLE, Utah (ABC 4 News) - U-S 89 re-opened Tuesday night after a three hour clean up delay due to fatal accident.
The accident happened Tuesday evening in the intersection of 2nd North in Kaysville.
Troopers told ABC 4 that 17-year-old Rachel Vigil was driving when she suddenly swerved into the left turn lane, hitting one car and causing a chain reaction involvingg four other cars.
One other driver was critically injured and the other two drivers are alright.
