Utah puts 76,000 inactive voters on hold in 2012
SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - A Utah Democratic elections clerk put on hold the registrations of 62,000 voters in Salt Lake County in late July because they have not voted or responded to mailings in up to 12 years.
