PRESTON, Idaho (ABC 4 News) - The identity of the man who died Friday when his plane went down near Preston was released Sunday.
Kevin Chambers from California was flying the small plane with one passenger who has not been identified.
That person also died in the crash.
Sheriff’s search and rescue heard about the downed plane early Friday afternoon from ATV riders who had come across the crash site.
The FAA said Chambers did not file a flight plan.
There is still no word yet on the cause.
