Can you even imagine dunking your cell phone in water? For most of us, that’s a nightmare come true. It’s now possible, thanks to HZO.
HZO’s president Paul Clayson described what it does, “We don’t keep the water out, we let the water in. Protecting the device from the inside out.”
This new Utah technology made its debut during CES this month and it was a huge hit.
Clayson said, “It exceeded our wildest dreams.”
It really is revolutionary. While there have been other products to protect your devices from water, with HZO water is welcomed. Their technology “infiltrates around every portion of the circuitry” completely blocking water from touching sensitive equipment.
The possibilities for HZO do not end at your cell phone; the company is looking into covering basically anything to block water.
This Utah Company is leading the way into this new avenue for technology, but they say their location is making it possible.
Clayson said, “We are drawing on all of that talent that we can in the state to aid us in our particular areas.”
There is only one problem; you can’t get HZO on your phone just yet. They are working with manufacturing companies around the world to get HZO onto devices during production. Until then, HZO is using its Utah resources to make new possibilities in the technology world.
