OGDEN, Utah (ABC 4 News) - The annual “Bag-a-Woad” program starts Thursday, and cash for weeds is a win-win for everyone. For the fifth year in a row, the Weber Conservation District, in conjunction with a several other agencies, is targeting Dyer’s Woad.
