Fighting for Justice… You nailed it! Sad, however true. So let me get this straight… These women were forced to suffer an evil act from this Mr. Peterson. Got their strength and courage up to reach out, asking for help and assistance from individuals working in state departments those are to be there for all of us. Instead, this victim got the opposite, her horrific tragedy only to be ignored and dismissed. So she picked herself up once again, and bravely searched another state department…continuing to seek help. By the Grace of God, met someone who was willing to help…despite inside or outside “the jurisdiction.” I must say I am so relieved to learn that there are at least a few good individuals left working in those departments and who are sincerely willing to help. Wait a minute, let’s back up…to the first individual that this victim encountered that was working in the first state department. Is anyone investigating this individual? It’s about time for this to happen. These individuals should be held accountable for their actions and/or failure of actions too. In addition, and if necessary, lose their “job”… yes, the one they are NOT doing in the first place, and clearly have their OWN agenda. If I had not encountered what I have, from people working in these very same departments along with several other departments here in Utah, I would probably have a hard time believing how these women were treated. Yet, it is true, and should be disturbing to anyone. What is going on? Someone explain to me why behavior like this is being tolerated?! Is this okay? Absolutely not, in fact it’s ludicrous. I really want to believe other states would not put up with this, so I ask why should we here in Utah?! Signed, Fighting for Justice TOO!
