Study: Voting rule changes may deter 10M Hispanics

WASHINGTON (AP) - The combined effects of voter roll purges, demands for proof of citizenship and photo identification requirements in several states may hinder at least 10 million Hispanic citizens who seek to vote this fall, civil rights advocates warn in a new report.

This is BS. Anybody living here in the US cannot get by without ID. They can't cash a check, do business at a bank, drive, buy beer or cigarettes, or any number of a million other things. Only illegal's and dead people don't need ID's and they should not be voting anyhow and disenfranchising all other American voters by intruding on a system they have no right to participate in.
