High chair recall

The consumer product safety commission is advising parents of a high chair recall for EvenFlos Convertible High Chair.
The CPSC states that eighteen people have reported the tray can detach unexpectedly and eight people have reportedly fallen out.
35,000 high chairs have been sold and so far no serious injuries have been reported.
