ROY, Utah (ABC 4 News) - Would you like to have some fun while still helping out the injured Ogden police officers?
The Sparetime Family Fun Center in Roy has announced that they will host a fundraiser this weekend (Jan. 7 and 8) in honor of the fallen officers. They say one-hundred percent of their profits over those two days will be donated to the families of the officers to help cover medical and funeral expenses.
The Sparetime Family Fun Center is located at 5160 South 1900 West in Roy, Utah. To get there, take 1-15 to the 5600 South/UT-97 exit, turning left onto 5600 South. Turn right onto 1900 West. The Sparetime Family Fun Center will be on the right.
You may also donate at any Bank of America location where individual accounts have been set up for each of the injured officers.
For those who can't donate money but still want to help out, the American Red Cross is also holding a special blood drive.
